Working in the field of labour relations, Brianne provides bargaining unit members with expert advice on all matters under a Collective Agreement including grievances, accommodation requirements, complaint processes and conditions of work. Having worked in both the private and public sectors, Brianne has extensive experience in a number of areas within human resources including recruitment and selection, job classification and evaluation, employee relations and organizational governance and policy development.
